• Hasbrouck Heights Council Honors Pee-Wee Football and Cheerleading Championship Teams (tapinto.net) — Hasbrouck Heights’ mayor and council recently celebrated the town’s Junior Football Pee-Wee Division football and cheerleading squads for winning the 2025 Meadowlands Football championship. At Borough Hall, officials recognized the players, cheerleaders, and coaches who topped Rutherford 26–6 at Depken Field, reading out full rosters to spotlight the young athletes’ hard work.
   

• Hope for the Bendix Diner (wabcradio.com) — Hasbrouck Heights’ historic Bendix Diner, closed since January over code violations, is now being revived under new owner Peter Meskouris. He’s investing heavily in renovations, even moving the classic structure on its lot and rebuilding the foundation so the landmark can serve locals for decades to come.
