Witnesses say a tractor trailer veered over several lanes of traffic before careening into a Hasbrouck Heights office building, setting it ablaze on the morning of July 28. The driver, later indentified as a New York man, was found down in the cab.

The man found stabbed to death early Sunday, Oct. 7 on a West Village sidewalk has been identified as Michael Jones, a former Hasbrouck Heights resident who currently lived in West Harrison, New York, according to the NYPD.
#3 - Hasbrouck Heights Man Charged In Fatal Route 208 Crash
A 22-year-old Hasbrouck Heights man was charged with vehicular homicide Thursday, March 29 after his passenger died in an early morning drunk driving crash on Route 208, authorities said.
