Two Hillsborough women will be among 37 other New Jersey women to be honored at the 36th Annual Tribute to Women and Industry Awards Dinner.
Hillsborough women Adrienne Brott and Leslie Williams-Dunn are among 37 women to be honored at the awards dinner, sponsored by the YWCA Union County at the Hanover Marriott Hotel on Wednesday, May 6.
Brott is vice president of quality systems and post market quality for the Global Surgery Group at Johnson & Johnson. Prior to this position, Brott served as vice president, Ethicon Quality Systems. She has more than 19 years experiences in the medical device and diagnostic, nutrition, consumer and pharmaceutical industries. Brott resides in Hillsborough with her husband and five children.

Williams-Dunn is the director of Johnson & Johnson’s Customer and Logistics Services organization. Williams-Dunn has more than 25 years of experience with Johnson & Johnson and has been honored with several Standards of Leadership awards throughout her career. Additionally, according to the YWCA, she is a member of Johnson & Johnson’s Supply Chain IT Women’s Leadership Initiative, whose mission is to accelerate gender diversity and continue to cultivate a culture of inclusion in the areas of developing, advancing and retaining female talent within Supply Chain IT.
YWCA Union County’s Tribute to Women & Industry (TWIN) Award is a nationally-recognized honor for women. Since the TWIN award was established 36 years ago, the YWCA has honored women in executive, managerial and other professional roles who have made significant contributions in their respective fields.
