ICYMI: Two Charged for Giving "Fictitious Accounts' of Hillsborough Car Accident
Two men have been charged with obstruction of justice for giving false accounts of what happened during a motor vehicle accident last month.

Two men have been charged with obstruction of justice for giving false accounts of what happened during a motor vehicle accident on Weston Road in Hillsborough last month. Both were also charged for racing during the Aug. 6 incident.
According to the Hillsborough Beacon, Kenneth Ball, 52, of Hillsborough, is charged with:
- obstruction of justice
- careless driving
- leaving the scene of an accident
- failure to report an accident,
- reckless driving
- racing
- failure to have the vehicle inspected
- failure to stay in a lane
- produce a driver’s license
- proof of insurance
Shawn Packard, 42, of Flemington, is charged with:
