Large Scale Fire Training Exercise Expected In Hillsborough Saturday
Beekman Lane will be closed on Saturday for the training.
HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — The Flagtown Fire/Rescue - Hillsborough Volunteer Fire Co. #1 will be conducting a large-scale exercise to simulate a fire at Dave’s Disposal on Beekman Lane on Saturday.
Hillsborough Police will be closing Beekman Lane between Triangle and New Centre. Residents of this section will have access throughout, but other traffic will be detoured.
A "code red" alert will be issued with details on the closure, which will be from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m.
