It's a bird...it's a...wait -- what is it?
We spotted this craft flying over the Central Jersey Airport Friday evening, carrying a pair of passengers in figure 8s, and circling from end of the airfield to the other.
It looked like fun, flying as high as about 100 feet, at perhaps 25 mph...but we don't know what it is, exactly.
It appears to be the fan, engine and seats from a Florida swamp boat, hooked up to a parasail.
A reader tells us it's called a powered parasail trike, an ultralight aircraft.
So tell us: would you take a ride on it--or take a pass?
