Middle School Softballers Recognized
Team adds township proclamation to honors in championship season.
The Hillsborough Middle School girls softball team was honored at the Township Committee, Tuesday.
The team recorded a 15-1 season this year, on their way to capturing the Central Jersey Junior Softball League Championship.
The team included Grace Cofino, Catherine Korsun, Olivia Marnell, Kristen Sarek, Anastasia Barney, Julia Colavita, Jennifer Klein, Sophia Leone, Hannah McCray, Alexa Penna, Adriana Prieto, Alissa Saverino, Ashley Steeneck, Kelsey Galevich, Katie Myers and Jenna Powell.
Coaches Rich Rosenblum and Larissa McCann also attended the presentation.
