"Couple beers," said Anthony Ciattrelli, a Hillsborough resident.
"When was the last time you had your last drink?" asked the officer.
"Umm…" said Anthony Ciattrelli before he hesitated, and another officer asked for his driver's license.

"I lost control around the turn. I shouldn’t have been driving to begin with," said Anthony Ciattrelli in the video, who noted he just got his vehicle three weeks ago.
Anthony Ciattrelli expressed that he was "pissed off at myself tonight."
Officers on the scene also commented that they could smell the alcohol on him and noted his slurred speech.
Anthony Ciattrelli was treated for a cut on his face by paramedics before doing a field sobriety test. He was then arrested and had a hard time getting into the police car.
"I need a second to process. I'm not resisting. I made a mistake," said Anthony Ciattrelli in the video.
He was later taken to the Hillsborough Police Headquarters, where he agreed to submit breath samples for testing.
Anthony Ciattrelli was then taken to Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in Somerset.
According to Transparency Bodycam Anthony Ciattrelli was issued summonses for operating under the influence, reckless driving, careless driving, failure to report accident, traffic on marked lanes, failure to keep right, and failure to possess a driver's insurance card.
On April 19, 2024, Anthony Ciattrelli's case was transferred from the Hillsborough Township Municipal Court to the Jefferson Township Municipal Court, according to court records obtained by Transparency Bodycam.
Anthony Ciattrelli pleaded guilty to operating under the influence on Nov. 14, 2024. He then had to use an ignition interlock device for 12 months, spend 12 hours at an intoxicated driver resource center, and pay a total of $390 in fines, according to Transparency Bodycam.
The other six citations were dismissed as part of a plea agreement.
An OPRA request for the arrest report was not immediately available to Patch.
