Shipping Containers Stolen From Hillsborough Business
Hillsborough police report four thefts in town between Sept. 21 and Oct. 3.

A Triangle Road business reported the theft of two shipping containers stored behind the business sometime in the three days preceding Sept. 23, police said.
The containers were valued at $2,400, and police did not release details on how the containers had been taken.
Other thefts reported include:
- On Sept. 21, a Gemini Drive resident reported someone entered their garage and took a backpack, valued at $570 including the personal items stored in the backpack;
- Police reported a Long Hill Road resident said a bike, valued at $120, had been taken from their property sometime during the week before Sept. 27;
- A Blackpoint Road resident reported garden tools, valued at $20, were stolen from their front yard on Oct. 3.
