Try Your Hand at Corn Gleaning
Or head to the library to talk about "Killing Lincoln."

Here are some of the events happening in Hillsborough today:
Corn gleaning at Norz Hill Farm: Head to the South Branch Road farm at 9 a.m. to join up in the gleaning (not a farmer? That means cleaning the remaining crops from a field after harvest—today, groups or individuals are welcome to come clean up corn). Meet at the farmstand parking lot just down the hill from the barn.
Super Sundaes Summer Celebration continues: Each day through July 27, you can enjoy a discount on an ice cream treat of the day. Monday was a $1 off milkshakes; Tuesday was 50 cents off vanilla ice cream cones...what's it going to be today? We don't know, but you can bet it's delicious!
Talk about "Killing Lincoln": Head to the library at 7 p.m. if you're a fan of Bill O'Reilly's book "Killing Lincoln" to join the book club discussion of the assassination that still haunts us all. O'Reilly (and Martin Dugard) wrote this best-selling study of the times and events leading up the assassination and the impact it has had on the nation.
What's on Patch? Today is the day for updating our feature on new houses for sale, updates from Hillsborough's farm stands, and we'll bring your the details from last night's Township Committee meeting, where nearly a dozen people spoke out on the proposed referendum to change the allowable uses of the open space trust funds.
