Adam Sandler Movie 'Roommates' Filming In Hoboken: See Photos
A movie called "Roommates," produced by Adam Sandler, has been filming in Hoboken.

HOBOKEN, NJ — Just weeks after a movie called "72 Hours" starring Kevin Hart filmed in a brownstone on Hudson Street in Hoboken, another movie has started filming nearby.
The crew of "Roommates" was spotted at Ninth and Hudson Streets last week and again this week.

Reports say that Adam Sandler's Happy Madison Productions and Netflix are behind the film, which will star the comedian's daughter, Sadie Sandler, 19, who is an NYU student.
The film will also star Nick Kroll, Chloe East, Sarah Sherman, Natasha Lyonne, and Storm Reid.
The cast and crew have been filming in other New Jersey locations, including Millburn, Livingston, and Monclair, according to various other reports.
Deadline describes the plot as: "A hopeful, naive college freshman, Devon, asks the cool and confident Celeste to be her roommate, seeing a blossoming friendship spiral thereafter into a war of passive aggression." Read more here.
