Andrade was arrested for disorderly conduct and brought to Hoboken Police Headquarters.

Officers conducted an on-scene investigation and determined that Andrade "entered the McDonald’s and tried to pay for food he never ordered. He began yelling at employees, and then showed them a box cutter, before banging it on the counter and telling employees to run. Andrade also spit at one of the employees."

He was additionally charged with making terroristic threats, possession of weapons for unlawful purposes, unlawful possession of weapons, and disorderly conduct, police said.

Police found out that he had four warrants, including one from Hudson County and one from Hoboken.

He was taken to a nearby hospital before ultimately being taken to the Hudson County Correctional Facility, police said.
