HOBOKEN, NJ — Seth and Kristina Brookman decided to move from New York City across the river to Hoboken and renovate a two-family townhouse, says a new story in Architectural Digest. They transformed the 20-foot-wide Bloomfield Street dwelling into a place for themselves and their children.
While they ended up doing more work than they initially expected, it worked out, the story says.
"Oak herringbone floors were paired with new moldings as a nod to history, while custom millwork ... followed current trends," notes the story. Read more in Architectural Digest.
