Biggie's Officially Opens Its Doors

The seafood restaurant opened in the former Clam Broth House location on Newark Street.

Biggie's Clam Bar officially opened its doors in downtown Hoboken on Thursday morning. 

This is the family business's fourth location in the state.

The clam bar has been serving Hoboken customers since early April, said general manager Steven Ranuro, 23. Biggie's is a family business and multiple generations attended the ribbon cutting with Mayor Dawn Zimmer on Thursday.

"It's special," Ranuro said about working with his family. "It's a unique structure."

Biggie's gets its seafood fresh every day from New York City and martinis are $5 all day every day.
