'Plowable Snowfall' Expected In Hoboken, City Says, Issuing Guidelines

HOBOKEN, NJ — Hoboken is under a winter storm watch from Friday at 4 p.m. until Saturday at 1 p.m., the National Weather Service said.

The city is offering $5 parking overnight, noting that emergency routes must be cleared of cars. Temporary no-parking signs are being posted in some of those areas.
