This year marked the 30th anniversary of Peper & Parlor. It's unique to small boutiques stand the test of time in communities where major chains are taking over. The experience in Peper is more than shopping---it's a place to hang out with friends. They make everyone feel special and look their best. They know their clients well--their sizes, clothing tastes, etc. But, more than that they know what's happening in your life.
What would you like everyone in town to know about your nominee?
