Cool Classic Cars Will Line Hoboken Waterfront This Weekend

Want to see some classic and exotic cars in Hoboken and hear live music? Details and photos are here.

HOBOKEN, NJ — The Hudson River Showcase Car Show will return to the Hoboken waterfront this Sunday.

At the free event, attendees can stroll along the waterfront and enjoy 100 classic and exotic cars, with models from pre-1959 to the 1990s.

Throughout the day, saxophonist Lonnie Youngblood will perform Frank Sinatra classics and other jazz pieces to entertain visitors.

Local resident and actor Matt Lawler will emcee.

The cars start at 102 Sinatra Drive, a walk of a few blocks from the Hoboken Train Terminal.

Attendees are encouraged to participate by voting for The Jen Giattino People's Choice Award by scanning a QR code displayed throughout the venue. The award will be presented in honor of Hoboken’s former council president, who passed away suddenly in 2024 and was a judge at the inaugural event.

Organizers said, "Now in its third year, this popular event offers an opportunity for residents and visitors alike to enjoy Hoboken's famous waterfront views, unique small businesses, delicious local eateries and historic landmarks."

There will also be a Matchbox Car Coin Toss Game run by the Community Lifestyle Youth Program.

The event is presented by the Hoboken Business Alliance and produced by Cars and Caffe and Main Street Pops
