Delayed Opening For Hoboken Public Schools With Snow, Ice In Forecast
Hoboken is under a winter weather advisory and the public schools will have a delayed opening.

HOBOKEN, NJ — The Hoboken public schools will have a delayed opening on Thursday morning, Superintendent Christine Johnson said in an announcement.
She said: "There will be a 90-Minute Delayed Opening tomorrow morning, Thursday, February 6th, due to predicted icy conditions during the early morning hours. All Pre-K through Grade 12 programs will begin at 9:45 a.m. Please be safe getting to your school."

The mile-square city is now under a winter weather advisory from 4 a.m. Thursday morning through 1 p.m. Snow is expected early in the morning, changing to sleet later. Less than an inch is expected early, and less than an inch before afternoon.
