HOBOKEN, NJ — As you wait for the Hoboken Ragamuffin Parade on Halloween, perhaps some dressed-up dogs can tide you over.

The Hoboken Community Center will hold its Howl-O-Ween parade in Church Square Park on Saturday at 3:30 p.m.

You can buy a ticket to enter your pooch in the costume contest, and money goes to a good cause: The HCC, which provides free food and pet supplies to the needy.
