Donation Helps Hoboken High Students Pay for Excursion
A group has donated $450 to the high schoolers to help pay for their meals.

In memory of Hobokenite Paul Keyes—a runner who died at age 44 on July 16, 2010—a group made up of his friends is donating $450 to the Hoboken High School track and field team.
Six members of that team are later this month, under supervision of Coach Judy Burrell.
While the team got $3,000 in funding for this year's trip, that didn't include the meals, just hotel, registration and transportation.

"Paul was a great man, a former Hobokenite, and an avid distance runner," the donors wrote in an email to Burrell. "We know he would be proud to support your students at the greatest track race in America." The friends of Paul Keyes wished to remain anonymous.
