HOBOKEN, NJ — Easter brunch is a tradition around Hudson County, so plan yours now if you haven't already.

Patch has found a few fantastic brunches offered by eateries in the area that are taking reservations this week. If you're hoping to dine out around Hoboken and haven't already made a reservation, do it soon.

Amanda's at 908 Washington St. in Hoboken serves brunch every Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Come out on Easter and try Amanda's new American cuisine with an Argentinian twist.

Zack's Oak Bar & Restaurant takes brunch seriously. Brunch is served every Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and the menu is extensive and scrumptious. Head out to 232 Willow Ave. in Hoboken for your local brunch on Easter weekend.

Boucherie West Village across the river is offering a menu of Easter specials that includes brunch items until 4 p.m. Brunch begins at 10 a.m. and be sure you make a reservation for your authentic French cuisine classics.

Antique Bar & Bakery is a standout for great cocktails, and its brunch menu includes special brunchy cocktails, of course. Come out to 122 Willow Ave. in Hoboken for steak and eggs, pancakes, and seafood items, along with surprising "antique" creations. Brunch is served 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Call 201-683-7028 or make a reservation on the website.

Union Hall is another great Hoboken eatery serving brunch this weekend and every weekend at 306 Sinatra Dr. At Union Hall gastropub Chef Matt Arlington prepares food that's "upscale yet approachable." You can make a reservation here.
