Easter Bunny Hopping and Stopping For Huge Hoboken Egg Hunt

It's not easy keeping up with the Easter Bunny but bunny tracks may lead to Hoboken's Mama Johnson Field for a big egg hunt.

HOBOKEN, NJ — It's not easy to catch up with the Easter Bunny, but if you follow the rabbit tracks you might run into a huge egg hunt in Hoboken.

Hoboken Grace says its 2022 Easter Egg Hunt is the largest such event in Hudson County. It looks like fun and there's still a week to register for the free event at Mama Johnson Field, 400 Harrison St. on April 9.

There are time slots to sign up for the egg hunt and each has a maximum registration on first-come basis, the Hoboken Grace egg hunt webpage said. Morning times are 9:30 a.m., 10:15 a.m., and 10:45 a.m. In the afternoon there are time slots at 1 p.m., 1:45 p.m. and 2:15 p.m.

Hoboken Grace announced, "Review the time slots below and get ready to play games, take pictures with the Easter Bunny, and of course hunt for eggs. Be sure to coordinate in advance with other families if you want to be together in a group!" Hoboken Grace is a community church that has been in the area for 13 years, according to its website.

If you prefer an at-home visit, the Easter Bunny might make a house call. StoryTime Productions is booking the Easter Bunny from among its cast of characters who are ready for hire.

Easter Sunday, April 17, is already booked but a post from StoryTime Productions said there are still openings for April 10 visits around Hoboken and other Hudson County communities.
