Egg Hunts Planned And Postponed In Hoboken, Jersey City

At least 4 egg hunts are planned for Hudson County kids, but one has been postponed because of this weekend's weather.

HUDSON COUNTY, NJ — April showers may bring May flowers, but they're not very good for Easter Egg hunts.

While several holiday celebrations are scheduled in Jersey City and Hoboken, one has been postponed.

Jersey City's Historic Downtown Special Improvement District said their free "Easter Fun Day" is being moved to Saturday, April 12.

"Due to the forecasted storms, our Easter Fun Day is now happening on Saturday, April 12th, from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. at Smile Preschool," the SID announced. "Same great fun—face painting, treats, activities, music & photos with the Easter Bunny! And with 100+ families already signed up, it’s going to be a blast."
