HOBOKEN — A Hoboken home that boasts an NFL football star and a former state governor among past owners broke real estate records with an epic sale, according to a report.
A penthouse at 1500 Garden St. — the former home of Eli Manning and Gov. Jon Corzine — was sold for $4.95 million, according to the New York Post.
The Harborside Lofts at Hudson Tea listing broker was Peter Cossio, of Brown Harris Stevens, according to the Post.
