UPDATED 3 p.m.—Hoboken Art Thief Sentenced to One to Three Years in Prison

Mark Lugo, 31, is scheduled to be sentenced on Tuesday.

Mark Lugo, the Hobokenite , was sentenced to one to three years in prison in New York Supreme Court, according to a spokeswoman at the Manhattan District Attorney's office.

Lugo, 31,  in July 2011, after he walked out of a galerie there with a Picasso painting under his arm. 

That same month, and found multiple stolen works of art there. A spokeswoman from Manhattan's District Attorney's office said she could not comment on the whereabouts of those paintings, because "that part of the case is still under investigation."
