Hoboken Tree Lighting Slated for Dec. 9

This year's Christmas tree lighting will feature live performances, a visit from Santa, and radio giveaways from CBS FM.

Why battle the winter winds and crowds in NYC when you can take part in a magical holiday experience, right here in Hoboken? This month, the Mile Square will twinkle and jive with a series of live performances, family friendly events, and a tree lighting.

This year’s Christmas Tree Lighting will be held outside City Hall at 5 p.m. on Dec. 9. This event will be hosted by Elvis the Elf, with prizes and giveaways from CBS FM 101.1 radio station. Locals will perform and Santa Claus will be on hand to greet the audience.

City Hall is located just three blocks from all public transportation including: NJ Transit trains and buses, NY Waterway Ferries and Hudson Bergen Light Rail.
