Hoboken Family's Brownstone Redesign Featured In NJ Magazine

How did a Hoboken family personalize and revitalize their condo in an 1895 brownstone? Find out here.

HOBOKEN, NJ — Like most Hoboken families, the Daleos live on a densely populated block; in fact, one window looks out onto someone's fire escape. But after 13 years in their brownstone condo, they decided to "revitalize" their interior, according to a piece in the October New Jersey Monthly.

According to the piece, their chosen designers worked around tight areas in the 1895 building. "Modular seating was added as a spot for the family to coexist comfortably as they enjoy pizza-and-movie nights and play board games around the coffee table," the story says. "To maximize every inch of space, a custom, built-in storage unit in the living room hides electronics cords and corrals equipment."

See how they added coziness and color to their home here.
