Hoboken High School Boys Soccer Completes Historic 2025 Season
HOBOKEN, NJ — The Hoboken High School Boys Soccer Team wrapped up a remarkable Fall 2025 season with an impressive 14-6-1 record, marking the winningest season in school history. The Redwings dominated the HCIAL American Division with a perfect 10-0 record, earning them the title of Division Champions and securing the 7th seed in the NJSIAA North 2, Group 1 Tournament, where they advanced to the quarterfinal round.

This memorable season was guided by senior captains Gabriel Brody, Jack Jennings, and Alex Koulouthros, whose leadership and dedication propelled the team to new heights. Under the direction of Head Coach Richard Inglis and assistant coaches Nathaniel Tamber and Shaun Kolmer, the Redwings achieved a level of success unmatched in recent years.
“This season will be remembered as one of the most successful in our program’s history. Our players showed heart, discipline, and a true love for the game. I couldn’t be more proud,” said Head Coach Richard Inglis.

Hoboken High School Athletic Director Jack Baker praised the team’s accomplishments stating, “What this team achieved is nothing short of extraordinary. Their determination, teamwork, and resilience exemplify what it means to be a Redwing. We are incredibly proud of the players, coaches, and captains for setting a new standard of excellence for Hoboken High School athletics.”
Adding to their accomplishments, eight Redwing players earned First Team All-HCIAL American Division honors for their outstanding performances. William Henderson and Giovanni Bettocchi were recognized at forward, while Ethan Isenberg earned honors in the midfield. On defense, Gabriel Brody and Dominic Magaletta were celebrated for their strong play, and Benjamin Gabriel was honored as goalkeeper. Additionally, Jack Jennings and Ayden D’sa received Honorable Mention recognition for their significant contributions throughout the season.
In addition, Coaches Inglis and Tamber were recognized as HCIAL American Division Coaching Staff of the Year, reflecting the skill, commitment, and culture they have built within the program.
Hoboken High School Principal Robin Piccapietra also celebrated the program’s success, adding, As the Redwings celebrate a historic year—undefeated in division play, division champions, and the winningest record ever—the team is already looking ahead with excitement and determination.
