Hoboken Hires Former Newark CFO as New Finance Director
Mayor Zimmer hired Linda Dunn-Landolfi, a former Chief Financial Officer for the City of Newark to serve as Hoboken's Director of Finance.

Hoboken Mayor Dawn Zimmer has hired Linda Dunn-Landolfi, a former CFO for the City of Newark, as the new Director of Finance for the City of Hoboken.
“Ms. Dunn-Landolfi has more than 30 years of experience in municipal finance,” Mayor Zimmer stated. “She was previously responsible for a budget of over $800 million and assets in excess of $1 billion as Chief Financial Officer and Director of Finance for the City of Newark.”
For the past three years, Dunn-Landolfi has worked as municipal financial consultant, according to her LinkedIn page. She spent over a decade in various financial management roles at the City of Newark, including Chief of Staff at the City’s Finance Department, Assistant Finance Director, and Chief Financial Officer, Director of Finance – the role she held when she left her post at the City of Newark in 2010.

Dunn-Landolfi is a Certified Municipal Finance Officer and holds a Master of Public Administration with a concentration in Public Finance from Rutgers University. She also has a Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature from Rutgers University.
