Hoboken Holiday Craft Fair to Feature Local Artisans, Snow Queen
The fair, complete with a visit from the Snow Queen, will be held at City Hall this weekend. A wide variety of artists will be featured.

Why fight the crowds at Rockafeller Center to get a glimpse of the Norwegian Pine? This month, Hoboken comes alive for the holiday season with a myriad of holiday events, beginning with a craft fair featuring local artisans and a visit from the Snow Queen.
Looking for the perfect, handmade or unique holiday gift for that special someone? Don’t miss out on the Hoboken Holiday Craft Fair, this weekend Dec. 6 and 7 at City Hall.
This free event is the perfect holiday outing for the family. On Sunday, Dec. 7, fair-goers will have the opportunity to take a photo with the Snow Queen, who will be greeting families from 2 to 3 p.m. at the Craft Fair.

The Green Pear Cafe on the second floor of City Hall will be selling coffee, espresso, teas, baked goods and cold beverages during the fair weekend.
This year’s craft fair will feature artwork and unique items handcrafted by local crafters and artisans.

Some of the fabulous finds you will discover at this year’s fair include: jewelry, hand knit items, candles, soaps and body products, pottery, photography, holiday ornaments, hair accessories, jewelry boxes, pictures frames, mirrors, silk felted scarves, from recycled license plates, honey, floral arrangements and much more.
A wide variety of local artisans will be participating at the craft fair. Fair-goers will have the opportunity to engage with the following local crafters, listed below.

Clothing and Accessories
• Steffanie Haase - felted silk scarves, antique handkerchief angels, knitted handbags
• Tamara Andreasyan - fabric flower hair accessories, jewelry boxes, picture frames
• Gina D’Amico - magnets, buttons, mirrors, hair accessories, zipper pulls
• Tereza Hakobyan - hair combs
• Berta Karapetyan - handknit: cowls, sweaters, hats, scarves
Decorations and Designs
• Sherry Nikolich - dried silk floral designs, wreaths and arrangements
• Beth Balch - hand painted ornaments, candle votive holders adorned with imported, handmade papers from around the world, note cards and invitations and custom candles. These candles can also be customized for a Sweet 16, the birth of a child, First Communion, or other important occasion.
• Angelia Kaonang - handcrafted fairy dolls, stuffed animals, pin cushions
Photography and Art
• Bill Barker - photographs, landscapes and floral
• Carly Ringer - photography, local artwork on tile coasters
• Rob Maitner - art made from recycled license plates
• Jenny Ramirez - photography and personalized greeting cards. Her specialty is making personalized greeting cards using original photography. Her SCRABBLE collection of photo cards is unique because special names or words can be created especially for their loved ones.

• Mt. Lebanon Soap Company - bar soap made using the time pressed method, bath-fizzy snowmen, lip balm

• House 33 Candle Co. - hand-poured organic, clean burning soy beeswax scented candles, handcrafted fragrant perfumes, lip balm and candles infused w/essential oils

City Hall is located just three blocks from all public transportation including: NJ Transit trains and buses, NY Waterway Ferries and Hudson Bergen Light Rail.
