
A 53-year-old Hobokenite was arrested on Friday night after allegedly assaulting a driver who had temporarily parked a car in front of the man's house, police said.
Around 10:15, a 34-year-old Elmwood Park man, who works as a driver for a car service, temporarily parked his car at Seventh and Monroe Streets, according to reports.
According to police, the driver was waiting for a customer to come out and temporarily parked his car in front of the private property that belongs to Hoboken resident Konstanti Bogdanos.

Bogdanos walked out of house and allegedly started cursing at the driver, telling him to move the car, police said. After exchanging words, Bogdanos allegedly punched the driver—still seated in the car—in the face, causing a swelling and a bloody nose, police said.
Bogdanos was charged with simple assault, police said.
