Hoboken Police Department Celebrates Promotion of New Captain
Mayor Dawn Zimmer said more promotions will follow "soon."

The first of multiple promotions in the Hoboken Police Department took place on Thursday afternoon, with Tory Pasculli's promotion to captain.
Pasculli, 37, has worked for the police department for 16 years. With Pasculli, there are currently three captains on the force, which is what the department's table of organization calls for.
The table of organization also calls for 97 officers, 11 lieutenants and 26 sergeants.
