Hoboken School Board To Vote On New Budget

The Hoboken Board of Education will listen to public input and vote on the during their meeting on Tuesday night. 

According to the public agenda for the meeting, the budget will be $63,283,145 for the 2012-2013 operating expenses. 

The taxes to be raised in the budget are $36,479,095. 

After public portion, the school board will take a vote. 

Unlike previous years, the budget will not be up for a public vote, since the school board elections were moved .
