Give Input On Uptown Hoboken Park, Willow Avenue Improvements At Thursday Meeting

A public "design charette" will be held Thursday to discuss Hoboken's Tom Olivieri park and surrounding area of upper Willow Avenue.

HOBOKEN, NJ — The city of Hoboken and the county of Hudson are hosting a "design charrette" on Thursday night to gather input for the renovation of upper Willow Avenue and Tom Olivieri Park.

The park is located at Willow Avenue and 13th Street. Local government is also making safety improvements to the area of 11th to 16th streets along Willow Avenue, a county road.

The "charette" is a design workshop with input from the public and presentations from developers and others.

The meeting will take place from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the cafeteria of Wallace Elementary School, 1100 Willow Ave.
