Intoxicated Patient Allegedly Bites Ambulance Worker

A woman was arrested after allegedly biting an ambulance worker in his arm around 6 a.m. on Friday, according to police reports. 

The incident occured in the area of Third and Willow, police said. 

Hoboken police arrested Susana Dalakai from Union City, after the ambulance treated for intoxication, police said. 

Dalakai, 31, allegedly became combative with the medical staff and when one worker tried to restrain the woman, she bit the 32-year-old Jersey City man in his arm, causing a half-inch welt, police said. 

Ambulance personnel then gave her medication to calm down, police said. 

Police said they weren't able to confirm Dalakai's identification, because she didn't have a driver's licence on her.
