Khan allegedly began to scream at the conscierge, but couldn't show proof that he lived in the building and didn't have any keys on him, police said.
After police arrived, Khan left the building and told police he'd be signing a complaint.
About half an hour later, Khan came to police headquarters on downtown River Street to sign a complaint and allegedly acted disorderly again, police said.
"You are going to listen to me now," he allegedly screamed at the police officers there, "f*** this, I live here!"
Khan was then placed under arrest, police said, and charged with disorderly conduct.
"I know acted stupid," Khan told police later, according to the police report, "I was arrested for the same thing in Atlantic City, it’s because I drink too much."
