Masturbating Man Charged With Criminal Sexual Contact, Hoboken Police Say
The man performed the act in front of another person, police said.
HOBOKEN, NJ — A Hoboken man has been charged with criminal sexual contact after he masturbated in front of another person, police say.
Damont Dyer, 45, of Hoboken was arrested on New Year's Day, police said.
A witness called police about 3:10 p.m. and said the incident happened in the area of Willow Avenue and Third Street. Police found Dyer five blocks away near Third and Washington streets, and the victim identified him, police said.

Dyer was charged with criminal sexual contact and taken to the Hudson County Correctional Facility, police said.
Police said that when they processed him, they discovered that a warrant had been issued for him for lewdness by Weehawken police.
