Man Charged With Groping Woman, Exposing Self In Front Of W Hotel

A Jesey City man was arrested yesterday for exposing himself and groping a woman while waiting in a large crowd outside the W Hotel for the Colombian national soccer team to arrive.

Ashraf Morcos, 53, has been charged with lewdness and criminal sexual contact. Police reports say Marcos was near a girl “with his pants down, exposing himself,” and touching a woman “on her back and buttocks with his hands.”

Morcos was scheduled to appear in court today, but the hearing was delayed because there was no Arabic translator available.
