Man Groped 12-Year-Old Girl On Hudson County Street: Prosecutor
A man has been arrested for groping a pre-teen girl on a popular thoroughfare through Hudson County, prosecutors said.
HUDSON COUNTY, NJ — A West New York man has been charged for groping a 12-year-old girl on the street in that town, prosecutors said.
Victor ConsiguaSaloj, 20, was arrested Friday and charged with second-degree sexual assault by contact and third-degree endangering the welfare of a child, said the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office.
Prosecutors said that shortly after 6 p.m. Friday, the local police were notified that a 12-year-old girl was groped by an unknown man near Bergenline Avenue and 58th Street.

Prosecutors say that when police found the victim, she — along with a guardian and a witness — were able to positively identify the suspect, and he was taken into custody.
The man was brought to the Hudson County Correctional Facility, prosecutors said.
