Police said that an on-scene investigation determined that Quintana yelled at the driver and passenger of a vehicle that had stopped to let him cross in a crosswalk. He then pushed on the car before striking the windshield, causing it to crack, police said.
Police Officer Tyrone Huggins located and identified Quintana on the 100 block of Washington Street, police said. The victim identified him and he was taken to Hoboken Police Headquarters and charged. Then he was taken to the Hudson County Correctional Facility, police said.
