'Artistic Flourish'

"We're thrilled to announce the upcoming leasing launch for the latest expansion of the Urby brand," said David Barry, Urby's Founder and CEO. "This boutique residential building will seamlessly integrate into the fabric of the culturally-rich and well-connected Journal Square neighborhood while providing residents with modern living spaces and engaging social environments."

Many of the apartments provide panoramic views of downtown Jersey City, the Manhattan skyline, the Stature of Liberty, and the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge, a spokesperson noted.

"To infuse an artistic flourish into the urban landscape, Urby has commissioned a striking mural on the south side of the building by contemporary Argentinian-Spanish artist Felipe Pantone, whose kinetic work explores dynamism, transformation, digital revolution, and themes related t the present times," the company said. "Composed of bold geometric patterns, gradients, vibrant colors, and extending all 25-stories or Journal Square Urby, the mural is Pantone’s largest artwork to date."

Journal Square Urby is located at 575 Pavonia Ave, Jersey City, NJ 07306.

Urby is a joint venture between David Barry and Brookfield Properties. Since opening in 2016, Urby has developed properties in New York City, Jersey City, Harrison, Stamford, Newark, and Dallas.
