Customer feedback gathered through the forums, together with quarterly customer surveys, is a key component of NJ TRANSIT’s “Scorecard” initiative to provide the public with a clear indication of how the corporation is performing.  The measures will be used to make improvements that increase customer satisfaction.

NJ TRANSIT conducts these forums to give customers a chance to speak directly with NJ TRANSIT general managers of operations and senior level staff.  Customers are encouraged to stop by with any questions they may have and to offer suggestions about their commuting experiences.
