Photos of the Day: Menendez Press Conference in Hoboken

The press conference was held Monday morning by the light rail. Mayor Dawn Zimmer and County Freeholder Anthony "Stick" Romano also attended. 

Menendez asked to raise the fund‚ which is part of a new legislation called, the Orderly Liquidation Fund, to $150 billion. 

The bail out prevention fund is championed by the Senator and would be pre-paid by corporations, rather than taxpayers money.  The fund should prevent the tax payers from having to bail out any other banks, if that were to happen in the future. 

Consumer advocacy groups joined Senator Menedez to ask the Senate to support the increase the size of the Orderly Liquidation Fund.
