Police: Hoboken Dog Wasn't Poisoned, Died of Heat Exhaustion
The case is no longer under investigation by the Hoboken Police Department.

The five-year-old dog who died last week at the Hoboken Animal Infirmary died of heat exhaustion and not because he was poisoned, police said on Tuesday morning.
The dog belonged to a 41-year-old Hoboken resident, who had reported the death to the police after suspecting foul play, according to reports.
Hoboken police said that a doctor at the infirmary confirmed that the dog—named Bailey—in fact died of heat exhaustion and that the case is no longer under investigation.
