Stephen Braconi of Christie’s Recognized for Community Service

A longtime resident of Franklin Lakes and professionally trained jiu jitsu practitioner/coach, Stephen proudly mentors and teaches the martial art to young children in his community free of charge. He most recently hosted a celebration for all students and their families with over 60 community residents in attendance that included a video game truck, laser tag, and more.

Also, near and dear to Stephen is his dedication to protecting the welfare of animals. Currently serving his 16th year with the Bergen County SPCA prosecutor’s office as lieutenant, he holds a seat on the advisory board helping to raise funds for the organization. He has also been awarded the Mayor’s Volunteer Award for outstanding volunteer service in town.

Stephen’s latest business venture was the launch of his new real estate podcast series titled, Live with Team Braconi. The series discusses hot topics and challenges faced in the current real estate market. Stephen dives into various topics and provides an inside look at what helped rank him as high as .1% in the United States among all agents by RealTrends. “With the launch of this series, I strive to provide the consumer and other real estate professionals valuable information based on advice from industry experts and an inside look into my two decades of experience in the business”, says Stephen.
