
Three men were arrested on Sunday night marijuana posession and trespassing in the Hoboken Housing Authority, according to police reports.
Hobokenites David Steed, 26, and Josh Lessane, 19, were arrested as well as North-Bergen resident Nicolas Garcia, 18.
Police said they saw Lessane hold a blunt in his hand, but when officers went up to him he answered: "What? I don't have anything."

The three men were allegedly smoking in the stairwell of 310 Marshall Drive, according to reports. Steed and Garcia, who hadn't signed in prior to entering the Hoboken Housing Authority, were arrested and charged with defiant trespassing, police said.
