HOBOKEN, NJ — The listing agent calls a building in uptown Hoboken "perhaps one of the most unique office buildings on the Gold Coast" — and there's a reason for it.

The structure, once a church, was redesigned by local architects to hold their own offices.

Over the years, the spot — most recently renovated by local architects Marchetto, Higgins and Stieve — was also a union hall, says Grid Real Estate.

The company announced Monday that the two-story building is available for rent as a "turnkey office space."

"The firm spared no expense building out one of the most unique office buildings on the Gold Coast," Grid said, of the architects.

The two-story structure overlooks a small park, and has a driveway with an outdoor overhang. It's located on busy Willow Avenue, between the Lincoln and Holland tunnels, and two blocks from Trader Joe's.

The listing offers 6,030 square feet of space, with 2,550 on the first floor, 2,940 on the second floor, and 540 on a mezzanine, with two parking spots.

The real estate company noted the space would be particularly useful "for businesses seeking proximity to New York City without the high costs of Manhattan."

Bob Antonicello, the broker for the building, said the Marchetto firm had moved out. "The firm outgrew the space and moved down the block," he noted.

The address is 1225 Willow Ave., on the corner of 13th Street. The listing can be found here.
