Where To See Santa In Hoboken This Christmas Season

HOBOKEN, NJ — Visits and pictures with Santa Claus are treasured traditions for many families. In Hoboken and Jersey City, kids have several chances to see jolly old St. Nick in person.

Here are the details:

The city of Hoboken and Hoboken Business Alliance invite residents to the annual Christmas Tree Lighting, on Wednesday, Dec. 11, at 5 p.m. The celebration will take place at 11th and Washington streets. It'll include entertainment with Elvis the Elf, live performances by Hoboken
youth and the Goldenrod Chorale, and a special visit from Santa Claus himself. Find out more here.

Jersey City has tree lightings and events planned for both Dec. 2 and 3. Details of the city's tree lighting are here. The Historic Downtown Special Improvement District has an event with a bouncehouse, hot chocolate, cookies, and gifts from Santa. Find out about that celebration here.

Santa is also holding court at several shopping malls in the local area.
