Zimmer Reaches Out to Residents About Monarch Development

In a letter to the residents of the Hudson Tea Building, the Shipyard and other uptown residents, Zimmer wrote that the city is looking into a course of action "to protect our treasured waterfront." (the letter is attached to this story).

She said also that this is only the beginning of a long process. Before the project can start, the Hoboken planning board will have to grant the necessary permits.
