Bell Works Welcomes New Businesses, Extends Lease Agreements
The Holmdel-based "metroburb" has announced 21 new office lease agreements and extensions, bringing the campus to a 98% occupancy rate.

HOLMDEL, NJ — Bell Works has announced 7 new office leasing agreements, bringing the campus to a 98% occupancy rate.
Located in Holmdel, Bell Works is a two-million-square-foot space that hosts a mix of offices, retail, dining, and hospitality.
In addition to the 7 new leases announced, Bell Works has also extended or expanded some existing leases, bringing the campus to a total of 21 new agreements.

Here are the new offices moving into Bell Works:
- Summit Facility Solutions: A commercial cleaning and facilities management company, leased 2,592 square feet
- Schibell Law: A legal firm, leased 1,005 square feet
- CJ Cheiljedang: A food and bio company, leased 3,000 square feet
- Asbury Park Press/Gannett: A news company, leased 5,963 square feet
- Tel-Networks: A telecommunications company, leased 1,656 square feet
- FirstEnroll: A health benefits enrollment company, leased 7,480 square feet
- Goldstone Residential: A real estate company, leased 994 square feet
“Bell Works’ New Jersey campus has seen remarkable leasing success this year,” said Ralph Zucker, the CEO of Inspired by Somerset Development and the owner and manager of Bell Works.

Alongside Bell Works’ newest tenants, the campus also expanded leasing agreements for FAST (Verisk), Vonage and Atrium.

Companies such as Omniwire, Roam Pets, Edward Jones, Academy NJ, Sia Partners, Vydia, O’Brien Wealth Management, ZAIS Group, SportsGrid, KimShe International, and DataPros have extended their lease agreements.
